Built in Arizona by Marv Vanderpool, winner of at least two best-of-show aircraft--he built a Lancair before this one (750MV). 60 hrs TT. Dual-stick option, steam gauges, Mode C, Icom com. Continental IO-240 fuel-injected engine. Unpainted. Some final finishing needed on custom cowl (paint prep). See at SEE. $75,000. 619-683-2432. 619-876-6761 or 619-876-8034

I've tried to add three pix, but since this is my first time, I'm just crossing my fingers. Email me if you want other pictures. Read my other messages for more info. I suggests that you visit the Zenith Aircraft website and "shop" on barnstormers.com, the Trade-a-Plane site, and others. No two 750's are exactly alike (yea, some are very different). To the best of my knowledge, this is the only 750 with the IO-240 engine. Call or email for details. Phone is faster, as I don't check my email when I'm on a trip (May 5-6 will be flying it north from San Diego to Cloverdale for the Zenith fly-in on May 7, then back on May 8, maybe stopping at a few places just for fun, getting back to San Diego as early as May 10, maybe later--so if you want to meet someplace in the vicinity of that route, I could make slight detours. Or?

Verizon has screwed up the phone I listed. Use 619-876-8034 or 619-876-6761 instead while we're trying to get them to fix it. Any suggestions for a better carrier? (On the phone for well over an hour talking to various people, and got nowhere. We're going to the office today.)

Moderator: Sorry, but I don't know how to change the ad. I should probably add pix and change the number.

Can you hear me now?

Sorry, I know it's frustrating...

Jon,

I sent a friend request so we can email off-forum. The phones seem to be working now.

I'm going to be flight-testing 750MV with vg's and with vg's without slats. This will add ten hours, plus as much additional flying as possible, so the hours will climb above 70, but probably less than 100.

PS: If anyone tried to call, I had the good luck of the lousy Verison phone leaving an erroneous message that the voice mail hadn't been set up yet. On top of that, the phone wasn't ringing, so I couldn't take calls even when I was home.

Oh, yeah--I changed the nose gear fork to the forged aluminum rounded one like the newer ones have. There was nothing wrong with the square fork--I just didn't like it.

Weather permitting, I'm planning on flying N750MV to the Cloverdale CA Zenith fly-in on May 07. Plan to be there a day or two early. These !*^&$! Derison phones seem to be working now, but I don't trust 'em. Try to reach me at 619-876-6761 (after about May 04 until about May 10 especially). If the Verison female voice says the voice mail hasn't been connected or some such palaver, just keep trying. I have it on buzz in the airplane.

The reason I bought this airplane is because Marv had just died, and I thought "I'll never see one like this again," it was so well built, had the steam gauges instead of a video game (just put a pad in if you need a moving map or other electronics), and, of course, it had that IO-240 engine!

I'm selling it with great regret is because I bought a friend's Highlander and my wife can't afford two airplanes.

PS: Email me for photos and other info. This system won't load my photos because of the 7mb limit
