Elevator deflection angle

Question folks!

While setting and adjusting the elevator cables, the best I could get is around 26 degrees of downward deflection
Spec is 27 to 30.

Does anybody see this as a problem?

26 degrees down should be plenty. It is up elevator you are more likely to need.

I believe the latest spec is 15 down and 30 up for the 650.
