They never did find the smoking gun for the failures but to my knowledge since the mods there hasn't been any more. It is now more robust and for that reason alone I would do them. I went one step further and replaced the aileron cables with torque tubes like Vans. Now if your plane is still in the build stage without the mod I doubt that the FAA or DAR will sign it off they are strict about the mod. And finally without it getting insurance would prove difficult and or $$$ and that's my 2 cents worth

what is cost,time envolved ect with wing mods on 601,awhat are problems flying without ect I am new to this and thankful for any help,also info oh jaberu 3300 engine problems and fixes, thanks
