Glassed in 2"X11/4" flat and matched drilled to bolt to landing gear on the inside. I'll maybe put small bracket on other side to stop it moving around too much.

I love what you're doing here...can't wait to hear results.  How will the fairings be attached and what is the plan for edge distance from the rear of the tire?  Thanks...

G'day Joe , I made them from surfboard blank laminated them together and l'm going to glass over them. Hopefully I gain some extra speed ,also looking at the connection from the strut to wing and fuse to strut and building glass fairings it should clean things up. Kelvin

Hi Kelvin,

I like your wheel fairings. Did you make them, or buy them somewhere? BTW, looking good!

Cheers,

Joe

Hi there I first riveted the Z channel to the cage vert tube ,then window, and then custom made trim match drilled to fit over so it can be sealed but can also be removed for future replacement. I'll post soon a close up of this. Kelvin

Looks good Kevin. Question for you. How did you handle the cabin side where is goes up the cage. Did you rivet the cabin side to the cage prior to installing the windshield? The Windshield will be trapped between the Z channel and the rivets that hold cabin side to the cage. Thanks for any info
