About the STOL CH 750 Super Duty: What do you get when you take a light sport (LSA) bush plane and put 180+HP on the nose? You get a machine that is ready to take on the world—a world of short strips, sandbars, and mountain meadows. Zenith Aircraft started with a STOL CH 750 aircraft, lengthened the wings, enlarged the tail, beefed up a few things here and there—and created a new model called the Super Duty (SD), a utility STOL aircraft. Think of a real pickup truck, not one of those fancy city versions. We’re talking about something that you can throw the tools into and go running off the landscape to patch a hole in the fence. The Super Duty is that kind of machine, with the muscle to get you there and back.

Here's a whirlwind look at the January 2024 hands-on kit airplane building workshop class hosted by Zenith Aircraft Company in Mexico, Missouri.
In addition to gaining kit building experience, participants also tour the factory and go up for a demo flight!
Zenith Aircraft Company's factory workshops are popular with sport aviation enthusiasts, giving them the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in building their own Zenith Aircraft kit plane. Participants get to actually start assembling kit parts under the direction and guidance of factory professionals, and "graduate" from the workshop upon completing construction of their own aircraft rudder tail section for one of Zenith Aircraft Company's popular kit aircraft designs, including the high-wing Zenith CH 750 series or the sleek low-wing Zenith CH 650 cruiser.
The factory workshop make an excellent getaway for you and your spouse or a friend! Spend a couple of days at the Zenith Aircraft factory and meet with fellow aviation enthusiasts - all while gaining valuable hands-on building skills.

Zenith Aircraft's Sebastien Heintz takes us on a walking tour of the Zenith kit aircraft factory expansion at Mexico Memorial Airport (KMYJ) in Mexico, Missouri. As previously announced, Zenith is expanding its kit aircraft production facilities in response to strong demand for its popular aircraft designs, and to consolidate kit aircraft parts manufacturing at its single manufacturing plant in central Missouri.
