Formation Takeoff

This mid-field formation takeoff occurred at KIWA on 30 left. It was shot by Nathalie Smith from Andy Elliott’s 601XL. As you can see, I forgot my briefing instruction to add throttle slowly. I did remember to pull the throttle back one inch from full. Andy did a good job of catching up and getting into position.
