The black glare shield cover just sits there in place. Probably the negative G's make it seem to bulge a little (and there may also be some drafts from having the left door removed)

Wonder why the instrument cover appears to bulge or buckle during the final segments to recovery to level? is the cover filling up with air? listen for "full turn flaps coming up", and watch the black cover below windshield.

Enjoyed the video. Very informative. Although I've practiced spins, and it's a kick, hope I never have to recover from one I didn't intentional initiate. Ha!
