Just a little sand bar near St Pete, FL. I was out flying and saw what looked like an abandoned dog on the sand bar. I landed to see if I could help (I like animals!). He jumped in the water and swam off - he was not a dog, an otter of some kind !

Nice! How do you check the availability of a beach for landing? In WA we have only one, all other beaches are prohibited by state law.
