I purchased additional Matco dual brake caliper system (Conversion Kit BE5ZBE5DZ) since my single brake caliper slips at 3000-3500 RPM.

You might also consider changing your brake pedal dimensions. The stock Zenith pedal does not meet Matco's recommended 2.5:1 mechanical advantage.

My single puck system holds my O-200 at 2550rpm, redline is 2750.

The dual system will solve your problem, but might add a bit more weight.

I found that my breaking continues to improve for several flights after the initial break in.  Just one data point.....  but if it is tolerable for a bit, it may get better over the next several flights.  But I’m sure that added brake pad surface area won’t hurt either.

Yes I did the correct breakin with the results described. I believe it is just cheaper for Zenith to provide a single caliper system but the need for additional breaking is well known.

Did you do the break in procedure on the single caliper set up?
