Congrats. I found the actual interview to be a lot of fun. I'd have talked to them some more if they'd have let me hang around longer.

The inspector looked through my written build log, and reviewed all my pictures. He asked me about the construction processes as he looked through the pictures. He asked how I planned to maintain it, and what references were available to guide maintenance for airframe and engine. He seemed most interested in offfering resources and information on maintenance and record keeping. I made an appointment ahead of time, and he had all my paperwork filled out in advance, and had looked up information on the 801. The whole thing took about 90 min. I was actually kind of fun.
