No just a 130 I picked up 6-7 months ago.

Didn't you have a 110 at one time?

I used 3M 1080 vinyl white. Didn't have any problems. There is a learning curve to get the compound curves down right. The larger parts you need help with, smaller stuff, not so much. U Tube is a good place to start.

I did it myself, with a friend sometimes, but neither of us had any experience of it before starting. We didn't do the best job ever in places but it is a plane to fly not to look at.

I used a lot of the resources on https://wrapinstitute.com/ to get me started, give me my first clue.

Happy to share my experience at some point.

Thank you, did you do it yourself or had some help?
Maybe I could contact you in a couple of months when I get back and get closer.

I did the same as Dan, just wiped the surface down with denatured alcohol, rubbed out any primer leakage where I could, and if you are using a light colour vinyl make sure you don't have any markings or it will show right through - ask me how I know :)

Dan

Maybe I could give you a call and discuss what you used for the plane vinyl.

Just wipe it down with thinner.

Can I get some insight about how you prepared the plane and priming prior vinyl. I am planning 3M vinyl for my Cruzer after flying the first forty,

I went with the vinyl. Faster. easy and not hard on my lungs.
