Who knows how to remove the paper and crusty glue on the acrylic Windows ? Not having any luck.

You might get hold of Zenith. Sounds like a defective window. They should stand behind their product...

I went through this just a couple of months ago. I think because mine sat through four summers of 110F+ heat, nothing worked, not goo gone or anything.

What did work was denatured alcohol, although I read that you shouldn't use alcohol on acrylic but I was very gentle and comes off real easy. There were some spots where there was some dulling of the surface in a few small areas but some level 2 scratch remover took that out. They look pretty good now.

Maybe I got lucky, so buyer beware if you choose to do the same.

I used goo-gone. It seemed to work the best and didn't damage anything. Still a huge pain. Mine had been sitting for 15 years..... took me forever to get them all cleaned up.
