Made form block for 75F17-6 and fabricated both parts. Fabricated both 75F12-6. Assembled seat bases. Updrilled some of the firewall.

Hi Timothy, I started with the sill blank cut to rough length, inserted the blank into my brake and made the first bend, pulled the blank out approximately 19mm and made the second bend as best I could, then removed the part and finished the second bend by pressing down on it with a lengh of hardwood. Only had to finish the last 5 degrees of the bend manually. Looking forward to making C75N1-5..... I might need a press brake.

Show us how you made the double bend in the door sills. I bought the "new door" kit and it included the sill.
