The only thing I regret is waiting so long to get started scratch-building. Had been dragging my feet for years trying to save up for sub-kits. I'd do this full time as well.

OK. Sounds like a good idea. And I am in sunny Florida. I have some cash for startup. But no building/hangar. Oh and I probably need to complete one first. :-)
