Interesting. I have 14.6 lbs of lead right in the tail behind the rear bulkhead. That gave me an empty CG of 278 mm. With me on board and fuel it's 370 mm, so it's good. I might carry some weight in baggage compartment when I'm by myself to make it more aft. I can put pretty much any weight in the envelope up to gross and not get out of balance. I'll have to see how it performs on wheels before I put floats on it. I may have to re-think amphibs and go for straight floats if the weight gets too insane... Damn Lycosaur engines... :( But others that have them in says they fly great. Guess I'll see!
