I'm going to risk sounding like an idiot. I've figured out that I've got my LRI probe plumbed backwards.

I just looked at the original drawing again. It shows the high pressure line attached to the top hole on the probe. This seems completely backward to me. I thought the top of the probe represented the top of the wing and would therefore be the low pressure side, and the bottom hole would represent the bottom of the wing and therefore be the high pressure side, but my intuition is opposite of the drawing. So I'm going to swap the lines and see if my Lift Reserve Indicator starts working.
