Yep, Thomas, it's the "300 hour syndrome!" I'm now into trying to fine-tune every possible aspect of the plane. Although my CHT's are great, my EGT's were not quite where they should be at wide open throttle. After talking to Rodger at Zenith and others, it dawned on me that the prop pitch definitely affects the EGT's on the Jab 3300. So, I decided to try a ground adjustable prop to get the optimal cruise speed, etc., then I'll re-jet to get EGT's optimal. BTW, stay tuned for my horizontal tail/elevator experiments, coming soon to a forum near you! ;>)
