Hi Timothy, I used my 9" band saw with a metal cutting blade.  For parts that exceed the 9" depth of my band saw I rough cut with a jig saw and final cut with the band saw. I have not done the side gussets yet, but I have made a template to prove the cuts can be made with the jig saw/band saw method.

What are you cutting 0.063 with? Have you made the side skin gussets?
