Located and drilled holes in top skin, had to improvise a wider press to form the flanged hole, my harbor freight press was 12mm too narrow.

Thanks Scott. Gotta keep things simple and cheap, have to reserve brain cells and cash for more important things, both are finite resources for me :) Just an FYI, This worked well for the .020, but I think it would have to be reinforced quite a bit to make a good flange on anything thicker. How is your project going? I haven't heard from you for a while, hope all is well!
