<p>I can only say what I did because I don't know how much it matters. First of all I cut them with some relief angle (about 10 degrees on the sides). I cut the blocks the size of the prints, but with that relief angle by the time I had radiused the edges and smoothed the blocks they were just enough smaller that the parts came out the size of the prints. <a href="http://daniel.dempseyfamily.us/zodiac/tail/elevatorrib.htm">http://daniel.dempseyfamily.us/zodiac/tail/elevatorrib.htm</a></p>

<p>When building the forming blocks, do I reduce the form size by the sheet aluminum thickness to get the OD shown on the drawings, or is that alreay taken into account in the assembly sizing, or does it matter.
