Has any joggled the HT frames get them to fit?

Well, I am really stuck. I am on my third attempt to built the bottom rear skin with the HT frames.

First attempt, I put the rear longerons on but the HT frames I got from Zenith didn't fit. However the parts are all within spec.

Second attempt, Zentth told me to clamp the longerons to the HT frames, then drill out my holes on the longeron.  The holes on the longerons didn't make the edge distance standard, so now I have more scrap.

Third attempt, I am currently trying to modify the HT frames to Fit properly, but it looks like I will have to change them so much, that the HT frames will be out of spec.

Has anyone had this problem, or know what I should do?

Marcel, did you measure the part youre trying to fit in against the measurements on your drawings book? If the part has the correct dimentions, I´m affraid you´ll have to disasemble the longerons and then try fit everything before you set the clecoes. If that doesn´t work, you must contact Zenith. I would not drill more holes on the longerons, it´s preferable to replace them.
