This weekend we officially moved into the hangar with the transport of the wings and tail out of the garage. I am fortunate to have brother-in-laws with access to trailers and trucks; I don't think I would have gotten very far with just my MINI Cooper. 

The original plan had been to move the wings out of the wing stand as I didn't trust it to stay together from the road vibrations but my brother in law told me to have a little faith in my work and so they were loaded in the stand.

Taking backroads to the airport we arrived without incident (though I spent the whole time watching things shake in the mirror) at the hangar

One wing stayed in the stand but the left wing went on the saw horses as I need to replace the root rib with the Edition 3 one.

The tail pieces also came along for the ride

The fuselage kit is scheduled for delivery on Monday the 26th and from there the race is on to have this thing on its wheels. In the meantime I also hope to get some (Nuvite) polish on those wings, get them looking a lot nicer than they do right now.

With everything moved out of the garage it blows my mind that I was able to build so many parts in such a small space.
