I have an AMD 601XL with an O-200 and the standard AMD Sensenich prop. No matter the altitude or power setting I can't quite get 100 knots indicated. I cruise a lot at around 7000 feet and can get 95 knots IAS at 5 GPH. If I want full throttle at this altitude I can only manage to get about 98 knots at about 5.5 GPH. I lean to roughness then enrich just enough to smooth out. EGT will go just below peak using this method. I'm a little disappointed with my cruise speeds.

thanks just changed prop before full throttle could not get 2500 rpm bad a fuel economy new prop 75% now 2500 where it should be . Waiting to try flight with two people to see what it will do in climb and cruise  your numbers gives me a reference

Generally, 75% power gives  125mph cruise.
