I am having trouble cutting brackets for my tail section using my horizontal band saw. Pieces are too short for saw and angles too great for rotating table. What have you used that gave precise angled cuts?

I named the roadster I scratch built "PT" for Patience and Thinking. You are right. Simple tools used patiently go a long way unless one is mass producing. I'll try to control my tool freak tendencies :)

I personally have a machine shop so I used a milling machine. However, don't over engineer this stuff a hand hacksaw and little filing can go a long way toward quality parts. Of course you can always use a vertical bandsaw; table-top model.
