In August 1986, in tiny Stanley, Nova Scotia, I bought a ride around the patch in a 2-place canoe with wings. For 30 years, I studied "Low & Slow" -- the laws, the flaws, the struggles to make it grow. I watched it blossom and evolve, and blossom again. And after I retired, I made a decision, 'pulled the trigger', and bought a kit. In August 2016, a Zenith CH-750 STOL kit arrived outside my single car garage in suburban New York.
