Matt, I've been meaning to thank you for the tool tips, etc. you've posted. I've added your suggestions to my wish list, but I had to make do with what I had. A month ago I didn't own a riveting hammer and like most tools, it's about the accessories.
I only dinged one hole on the wing spar, so I'm happy. I expect much better results on the next wing.
If and when I do the upgrade, my plan is to combine the wirs that have to be cut into one or two Molex connectors. I think that would be the least annoying way to deal with the situation. Even a common shield ground could be dedicated to one of the pins in the connector.
I like my polished finish. I did not polish the bottom, only the top. I have about 75% of the disassembly complete now and have spent 17 hours doing it. I figure 25 hours, tops for all disassembly. Total labor should run around 100 hours.

Matt, I see you are online with Zenith.aero right now. I am guessing you are watching the latest ZAC update like I am. The right wing is almost de-riveted.
