Hi Larry,
We spoke about a year ago before I started working on my CH650B. I'm well in to my build and was wondering if you started working on your kit? How about an update?

One more thing....do you know of any other builders in the area?

When I first thought about doing this, I was going to build the CH750 and I purchased the DVD's for that plane.  I agree.  They are very helpful.  Shortly after I bought the plans, I started flying an Ikarus C42 at East Troy and that was when I decided I didn't really like the high wing design.  Also, 90% of all my flying was in Piper airplanes so low wing planes just seem "right" for me.  I looked at the DVD's they have for the 601 and I probably will buy them.  I was planning on a trip next month to the factory and a demo flight.

Hi Larry,

Thanks for the reply.  My plan is to start with the tail group. These are the least complicated parts so I should have no problem getting started.  However, as you know, I have a million questions and I would like to network with other builders to help guide me through the decisions based on their experiences and opinions.  I've never seen one of these aircraft up close and personal.  Have you had a chance to fly one?
