Kenneth, hope I can help. My project is a 701 but I guess the 750 bell crank set-up is similar.

If you could email me at I can send you info on the windshield question. For some reason, I can't get a message to go out when I use the ZenithAero site. Probably a "Mac" issue.

For response about UL Power and the 750, please send me your email address to I get too windy for this form and rarely post comments enmass.

I will comment about the powder paint, though. You have to know someone with a high capacity oven to consider. Since it's actually melted plastic and has to be cured at very high temperatures, baking the whole fuselage or wing may have to be done without even wiring. I also do not think there's opportunity for layout; each piece is a siolid color.

Urethane auto paint goes on without primer. Total weight is about 30 pounds with a good painter. Also consider wrapping. Understand it's less expensive than paint and the same weight. All the racical designs are either wrappd with printed material of decals over solid paint.

I screwed these boards to the table and used a little wire to hold the side up and in place. Hope this helps....Mike
