- I just started flying again this year after a 33 year break. I want to fly under sport pilot rules even though I have a PPL because of the lower cost and new technology available. Here in San Antonio, Texas there are very few LSA's available for rent so I decided to build one. I work as a CPA and have my own small accounting and tax practice.
