Hi Daniel,
I saw your post about the throttle options...
When you are building your own plane, the options are almost limitless. There are companies out there that make "throttle quadrants" for experimental aircraft. I am planning on using one built by Sonex in conjunction with a Rotec TBI carburator on a Jabiru 3300 (http://www.aeroconversions.com/products/throttles/index.html). I have even seen people on the Zenith forum make their own throttle quadrants. I am assembling my 601xl using the center stick so my throttle will be on the left side. If you chose the dual stick option you could mount the throttle in the center.
Making the airplane look and feel exactly how you dream it should is much of the joy of building!
