Dear Bart, it has been about 13 years since Imworked on the wings and since I no longer have either the airplane or its documentation I will be hard pressed to answer your question.
I can tell you I bought the airplane as a complete kit instead of plans and with the kit came written as well as photographic instructions. I do not recall your reference of nr & rr
Perhaps if you sent me some additional information I would recall what you are referring to.

I'm currently working on rib assembly. Need to know if the NR and RR call out means in the prints.
