Some builders have ask me to show the mounts I use when taking the videos that I post. It is a suction cup mount made by Gecko. So far I've mounted it all over the outside of the plane with no issues.

I do a finish type polish once per year.  I do it in October prior to the Copperstate Fly-in.  It takes about 2 hours.

WOW!!!

How often do you need to polish it to keep it this clean?

That's because all suction cups work great when mounted on a "Mirror". Pretty clean aircraft...no Pigeons in the hangar?

Several people have asked me to show the camera mount that I use when taking my videos.  As you can see it is not permanently mounted.  The suction cup mount is made by Gecko.  They also make a double section cup mount.  I've had my mounted to the underside of the center wing section, top of each wing, top of horizontal stabilizer, side of fuselage, and on the side of the rudder.  When I mounted it to the rudder, I tried to make sure I had the same mass ahead and behind the hinge line of the rudder.  I was worried about flutter due to imbalance.  I have not posted that video yet.  I need to get through my grandson's graduation before I'll have time to work on it.
