Useful addition to the build, just not sure how/where to stow the towbar when travelling

Interesting ideas, thanks. I suppose I will work something out before I'm done.

I put access doors on my wingtips  over the large lightening holes for long items, fishing poles etc. works great.

On my plane, the Zenith-supplied curved nose gear plate that bolts to the fork has a short tongue on the front with a slot for a Zenith towbar to hook into.  I cut the towbar in two, riveted a sleeve in one end, and use a pin to secure the joint when reassembling.  When un-pinned, the two halves are ? 18" ? long at most - very light weight and very compact to carry in the plane for travel. For regular use around the hangar, I keep a longer, stronger towbar
