Skis Are Taking Shape
When making anything you start by making the individual parts of the assembly. You need 3 bottom skins, 3 UHMW skins, six 1"X2" rails, 12 L rails to attach the main rails to the skin bottom skin and UHMW plastic. This picture shows the L formed to the ski nose radius.

Thanks for the plans. I'll keep them with the 701 plans for now. This will be next summer project for next
winter. It is very well explained and with your picture this is like constructing a kit.
