Ron D Leclerc uploaded a picture of a fixture he created to mount is flaperon arms repeatably. I did some math in a CAD program and made my own version of this tool. I used 1/8 thick one inch equal angle ~400 long, and a piece of 0.032 sheet. All leftovers from making my spars.
