Today I installed the top window and beefed up the top door channels. I made the top window out of .80 Lexan. This is an edition one Z being upgraded to edition three. The windscreen to top window was a challenge as the windscreen is original.

Todd,
I upgraded from Version 1 to V3 also with the original windshield and, yes, it is a bit of a challenge. I would recommend you fit (trim) the bottom of the windshield to the glare shield before you finish the top transition. I did not glue the rubber strip on the bottom of the windshield before hand and then when I glued it, the windshield sat up a little higher and it did not fit near as well (the holes did not quite line up). I guess the rubber trim bent forward more without the glue. Not sure if this will be the same for you but I thought I would mention it.
Good luck,
Joe
