I did not have any issues with twist on the horizontal stabilizer or elevator. I kept checking down the length of each assembly and used the wood beams to keep it up off the table and level.

How about the twist problem for the elevator and horizontal stab? did you faced with the twist?

Putting the nose skin on the elevator was a 2 man job unless you can tape everything down or use straps to help hold everything while you form the nose skin around the nose ribs. Also when joining the elevator to the horizontal stabilizer it took awhile to file down the horn assembly so there would not be an interference fit with the elvevator nose skins.

Joined the Elevator to the Horizontal Stabilizer. Next up is the Flaperons.
