Building floats from Zenith's Pre-Drilled Kit is the way to go if you want to assemble and not drill & fabricate. These rear float bottoms simply cleco in place. You still have to debur and corrosion paint proir to assembly with the 3M Marine Sealant Adhesive 5200 & rivets....lots of rivets. There is 4000 rivets in a set of floats. Each rivet needs a drilled hole...see why I bought `pre-drilled`.
