They did arrive today. Now I have to remove the main gear tires and replace them by these!
I used to have the normal Turf Glide tundra tires all around. Only the nosegear uses the Turf Glide tundra tire now. We'll see how this works out.

Norm:  I think your new tires are very similar to my Air Trac tires.  8.00 x 6 inch X 4 ply with the identical groove tread. I paid 125$ each 3 years ago. I went with the heavy duty tubes because the Matco split rim didn't inspire me as being very air tight. The 'O' ring looked like some hippie idea. I will carry a couple of those aerosol cans for inflating a flat tire.  They have glue in them and I had good luck with a flat on my pickup so I know they will work on a small puncture.  Brian

Normand, how will you do to keep the plane leveled? If nose gear will remain lower.

Yeah, these are great. The wheels and tires went together easily for me. Just remember to insert the an4-15a bolts while you have the axels apart. It will save time. The 701 axel may be thinner than my 750 axel so a shorter bolt may be used. Just a thought...

Those look great! I did that too. I out 6 ply michelin aviators 8.00-6 on. Big improvement. Only 5 lbs heavier per side.
