Very nice build Mike, she looks great. I agree with all your comments on the Viking engine, it is also my number one choice for my Ch-750.

My name is Mike Baker and I fly and live on Mayfield airport 1D4. I saw the Viking engine and liked the concepts of fuel injection and liquid coolant at affordable price. The Viking engine has 4 separate spark plug modules and plugs. Lose 1 and the prop still keeps turning. It also has 4 injectors, lose 1 and the prop still turns. It comes with 2 fuel pumps that supplies 43 psi to the injector rail. Lose 1 and you go to backup fuel pump. And you have 2 ECU Electronic Control Units, 1 fails you go to backup. I liked the engine so well that I bought it without a plane to put it in. That's how the Zenith CH 750 came in. I picked up my kit in June of 2012 and as of June 2013 I had it airworthy. Approx. 1000 hours to build. I now have 90 hours on it and plane and engine running great ! I installed a heater core that is using the engine coolant, very nice heat. The dash has a Dynon Skyview system, I am very pleased with it, along with a Garmin GMA 240 for the intercom and Garmin SL40 for the COM radio , also with a mode S transponder. I installed the optional electric flaps and trim , adjustable seats, and door seal kit. The plane weights in at 835 lbs and produce approx. 430 lbs of thrust using a 72 inch 3 blade Warp prop. If you would like more info on this I would be happy to talk to you
