I changed my mind on how to find the right position for the flaperon arms. I drew some lines on my bench and found the location of the pivot point relative the front bottom corner of the rib. I screwed down some blocks into the bench to hold the wing rib into position. I used a drill bit in the end of the flaperon arm.

All those pre-drilled holes make things too easy.  Having built my rudder from kit parts I know all too well how addictive those factory parts are.

Looks good Tim. You make me feel even more comfortable knowing that when I get mine, they will have predrilled holes in them. You plans building guys are the real craftsmen...
