I tried it again, and it translates to "Balance". I'm guessing that is your elevator trim?

Very nice! I assume the cable for flaps routes forward then back to the torque tube? Does it go through the center tunnel, or does it go up over the roof?
What is the lever on the left? Google Translate didn't know the word on the label. :)
