I agree, they look like factory parts!  And you don't have to scrub off those part number stickers either.  lol

They look great.  Wide flange is better and won't hurt anything, better than too narrow anyways! :)  I had the "good enough" question as well.  Best advice I got was "You're building a 100 mph airplane, not a fighter jet!"  So far everything seems to have worked out for me!

Michael... seriously (at least from where I am sitting) these all look like factory parts we would find in our kits. They look like perfectly useable parts. Order some rivets next! :-D

Not perfect but I think acceptable. One flange is wider than the other but that shouldn't matter I don't think. Having never done this before, one of the hardest tasks is trying to figure out what's "good enough" vs unacceptable. Perfection just isn't gonna happen...I need to learn to accept that!
