The wires are coming out of the Ray Allen trim switch and indicator, the top set of switches are the mains (starter, master, alt, boost pump) the 4 brass fittings are on the parking brake and the cable is leading to the fabricated flap indicator. The black angle attached to the square glass will pivot a needle indicator of flap position along the protruding bolt. From the other side the fluorescent orange / black needle will follow the function of the flap switch up and down...
