Greenville Seaplane Fly-In
This venture was a test run for future camping trips. I was able to pack for 3 nights,inclement weather, self sustain w/food minus water with a total weight of 25 lbs. Tools and misc equipment slightly over 5 lbs. Full fuel minus 4 gallons=27 gallons including header tank capacity. Put me at 1440 gross weight for takeoff. No issues with performance with temps about 65F. Having the doors back on helped notably. Cruise at 70 KIAS and ROC averaging about 400 FPM at this gross weight.
