David,

I have the same fuel set up as you do with a ULP 350iS.  I have not yet tested my fuel system.  With both tanks continually feeding the header tank, do you find that the wing tanks empty at the same rate?  Also did you put a low fuel sensor in your header tank?

Dave, that is pretty much exactly my plan for my Cruzer, except I have a souped up O200, so no need for a fuel return line.  I notice you have the Skytek header tank...do you know the capacity?  Thanks

Hi Don, my primary reason was to have an option for preventing fuel cross flow (tank to tank) while parked on a slope.  The only check valve I have is on the return line to the header tank.  The only on/off fuel valve I have is from the header tank to the fuel pump manifold.  I have no practical options for inflight fuel balancing if it becomes an issue.  Cheers!

Dave...what is the purpose of the shutoff valve for the passenger side tank?Where/how many check valves in your fuel system?  I like the setup, I have the same four 1/2" lines but am still building the airframe.

Thanks.  Don...
