Dave - thanks for looking and commenting!  I went back and forth on that line regarding aluminum versus s/s braided.  My logic loop says that vibration should not be a factor because both items connected to that line are mounted on the engine mount as well as via cushion clamps.  There is no transition from FW to engine mount, or engine mount to engine.  I incorporated the bends for stress relief on advice from one of my A&P coworkers. May need to get a few others to visualize the setup and offer opinions and come to some sort of consensus. Certainly would be easy to swap out to flex line if necessary.  I'll let you know if I find out anything interesting!  Again, I appreciate your willingness to comment and dialog...more eyes looking at my work is a good thing!!  Early in my build, I had someone point out that one of my wing nose ribs was upside down -  and indeed it was!

Cheers!

David, while it appears you have some nice bends for stress relief, I would recommend you replace the aluminum fuel tubing forward of the firewall with the stainless braided fuel line I also see you used aft of the filter. Just my opinion and your mileage may vary but I would be concerned about vibration to this line forward of the firewall.

Dave
