Hi Bob,  just saw your comment regarding size of the nose wheel ski.  Appreciate the insight -  you've probably got the most ski (and float) time on a Zenith product than anyone else!  I may have to "modify" after I get some operational experience, I only managed to get about a dozen landings on soft packed snow covering a local pond.  Looks like I'm almost out of ski season down here in Maine within a few weeks, but there is always next season coming up!

Unless you are landing on mlnimal snow , it appears to be too small for a 750 nose ski , you could add width with a Black UHMW 3/16 -1/4 inch bottom ,  we use 3/16 black Uhmw 42" long and 12" wide to cover the bottom on the 701 ski plans nose ski and add  2-1/2" to nose gear to get an increased incidence angle to lessen the nose weight when taxing or taking off , otherwise in deeper snow you can not lift the nose , and you have created a GIANT snow blower

Boyd, I went with the 2000 Lites for the main gear.  I'm hoping to get them initially fitted up this week.  Stay tuned.

Looking good so far.

What model ski have you used for the mains? Nose ski looks like a Datum ski. I live in MN and some day I would like a set of skis on my 750.

Datum skis? Lots of Challenger guys running them around here. I know of a low wing tri-gear Aerostar running a set.
