Even more important than first flight!

One BIG mistake...Ldg Gear was installed reversed...Really hard to hold the nose off the ground.

Already flipped it around....only took a couple of hours. I polished it and clear coated it while it was off. Wow, big improvement no problem holding the nose wheel off now

I have the flat side forward on my Jab powered 601XL and I can easily hold the nose gear up down to 50 MPH and lower during ground roll.  If you are able to reverse it, you should be pleased with the results.  But since you just flew for the first time, I would hold off on any mods until you have more landing experience.  I initially thought I could not hold my nose wheel off the ground, but with experience, I got the hang of it.

Enjoy!
