I purchaed a sheet (4X8) of Lexan from a company that specializes in these plexi type (rods, bars, plates, sheet) materials in Austin, Tx. and cut the windshield.  Don't get the real thin or the very thick.  I think what I got was .050/.060 ??? that was flexible enough to roll into a large tube. It was thick enough to hold shape but easy to work with.   Cliff

I am going to replace my windshield ( I cracked my original one removing it for the Beanie Mod ) and was wondering what material you used, and how you formed it.
